The relocation from this company in Canada Brytor, and in Spain AGS ( giving 2 emails with the people I worked with [email protected]
and [Name removed by Sirelo]@ags-globalsolutions.com) was the worst experience of my life. I am not sure and still thinking that this is was a SCAM. I was misguided on many occasions and documents, so I was told, to customs in Spain were submitted by [Name removed by Sirelo] without my consent. She even estimated the value of my shipment and submitted it on my behave without my consent. The last document being Dirigido al actuario de la Aduanav (Addressed to the Customs Actuary) was delayed by a month due to me receiving the wrong information from [Name removed by Sirelo] and him being on holiday. There was no one to assist me, finally a family friend a layer formatted the document and it was accepted. I asked on many occasions if I should involve a lawyer in. the process, but was not never given a definite answer.
There are many other details about my move such as in case of delay, the storage would be only 100 Euro a month (and I have emails from [Name removed by Sirelo] on this) at the end, I ended up spending 7500 Euro just to have my personal belongings and my car released. Since my items were already in storage for 2+ months, I had to pay import taxes in Spain on my car which could have been avoided if everything had been done on time.
I have many other issues with both people I worked with on my relocation, if you have any questions, you can contact me directly via DM. I would suggest avoiding both companies and both of these individuals, [Names removed by Sirelo] if you are thinking of relocating to Europe. I should have taken the reviews of both companies seriously but I was driven by the relocation price. Their rating is very low and please take them seriously, because they are real. I won't say anymore as I will be taking these companies and individuals to court as soon as I am back in Canada.

Here I am still waiting for 7 months for my shipment after I was promised 3 months Max and after latterly 46 Emails all they care about is asking for more money for no reason all they say is the balance, they play it like this , they are nice till they take your money after that they are terrible and zero commitment we have lost alot because of them , we bought most of our appliances again just because we have no trust that we will recieve our shipment.

AGS Int. Movers were quick to reply on all our questions and provided great support. Because of corona restrictions, we had to do move in only based on written instructions and video calls. But despite that, they managed to get everything done on time and as requested. Although it was expensive move, the service was great.

Totally unprofessional and unreliable. At the beginning of September I booked AGS Movers to come and pack and move my stuff from my apartment in Prague on Oct. 1 because I was moving to Canada. Mrs. [name removed by Sirelo] confirmed the date in writing. A couple of days before I asked Mrs. [name removed by Sirelo] what time they were coming over. She called me to inform me that she had made a 'mistake' and booked my move for Oct. 5--2 days after my departure from Prague. She said she'd try to get someone for Oct. 2, but she didn't get anyone. I found someone to be there to watch over the packing and moving on Oct. 5 and then she changed the date again to Oct. 6. This company and its employees are totally unprofessional, unreliable, and inconsiderate.

On the recieving end, in Croatia, everything went fine. On the Prague side however, I was not able to check if every package was numbered and I caught 4 boxes that weren't numbered. Despite this, the team leader wouldn't let me check teh package that went out of the flat and I found this unprofessional. As a result, there are things that cannot find, and I am not sure if they are somewhere in the house or forgotten along the line. Not pleasant at all.
