Fraudsters - STAY AWAY! These guys did not complete the job, kept the money, left us hanging with all our stuff in the middle of the road. We were recommended this company by AnyVan who also did not support us at all during the process and we are still struggling to get a refund.

This is not a legit company its one man and a website that anyone can take a job from. From start to finish a Cowboy set-up. Once you have paid them forget about any further contact,
Filthy van turned up with driver who spoke little English and had never done house removals before. Two porters turned up late and one left after an hour leaving me to lift some heavy wardrobes down stairs. Once the Van arrived in France lots of damage and no porters turned up. We spoke had to hire Our own men from the local bar to help. We are still owed money for their work by [Name removed by Sirelo] of Lenyx.eu which he agread to He no longer answers the phone surprisingly. Do not use this company unless you want an already streessfull time to be made a nightmare.

Inexperienced driver who picked our effects with no help and crushed the roof under a low tunnel in France. Fourteen months later we are awaiting for the compensation with no response from the UK and German managers. Appalling company, fraudsters.

We engaged Lenyx to move our 2 bed apartment from Prague to Astana. The quotation was for a 5 to 7 day tranist. As of today it’s been 14 weeks and we have not received our truck of belongings. Instead of [Names removed by Sirelo] I have been dealing with [Name removed by Sirelo] My word of warning to anyone potentially dealing with [Name removed by Sirelo] is to probably avoid them all together but certainly don’t deal with [Name removed by Sirelo]. It has been an endless stream of lies, misinformation, vagueness, ignorance and treating me like an idiot. The 23rd November 2022 was [Name removed by Sirelo] first lie to me. He told me our truck was in Poland when, in fact, it had not left the Czech Republic. After this, its been a constant stream of inaccuracies and playing for time and fobbing me off with made up stories.
In January I came very close to speaking to the Police as [Name removed by Sirelo] was unable to tell me where my goods were and therefore I had to assume they had been stolen. Those suggestions to [Name removed by Sirelo] prompted a small amount of action (they moved the truck from Poland to Lativa) but right now its 4 weeks later and our belongings have not arrived.
I am sure anyone reading this can sense my frustration but my life in Kazakhstan with my wife and son has been a nightmare without any of our personal belongings, clothes or furniture. We are camping inside our own apartment.
I have resorted to leaving this review in another vain hope it might prompt some action from [Names removed by Sirelo] as they are ignoring my emails and calls. Reading another review who appears to have dealt with [Name removed by Sirelo] have also been given the run around with excuses.
I wish they had been upfront from the beginning. If they’d told me the truth from the very first issue I would be OK as I understand there can be delays when shipping, especially to this part of the word. However, the service from the beginning has been nothing short of diabolical. [Name removed by Sirelo] started out from the beginning by being untruthful and has to kept up that ever since.
